Amanda was hands down a blessing to work with. As first time home buyers, from start to finish & even after answering every single question we had day & night and explaining everything to us so we weren’t super overwhelmed. She is a local like myself but knows extensive information about the area that I had no idea about. Extremely professional but yet made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. On the selling end, as well as the buying side, she is the full package. Despite being young and full of energy, she without a doubt has the experience needed to handle each, and every aspect of the process. She says she has you' re back, and she means it. Shes an exceptional communicator, and business savvy, with a plethora of contacts in SWFL covering all related areas of expertise. You may argue, if she's all business she's probably lacking on the personal touch end of things.
